  • Wash and roughly chop the mint and cilantro leaves.
  • Combine the mint leaves, cilantro leaves, chopped onion, chopped green chilies, cumin seeds, lemon juice and salt in a blender.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth, adding water as needed.
  • Transfer the chutney to a bowl and serve immediately, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to a week.
