Homemade Curry Ketchup Recipe

This homemade curry ketchup is a tasty and flavorful take on traditional ketchup. It goes well with burgers, fries, and other favourite foods.

Ingredients

• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 cup tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon curry powder
• 1/4 teaspoon allspice
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup brown sugar

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 5 minutes
• Cook Time: 15 minutes
• Total Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

• Combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
• Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until the ketchup thickens and the flavors meld, about 10-15 minutes.
• Allow the ketchup to cool before using it.
• Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
