Homemade Chili Sauce in Bowl Recipe

This homemade chilli sauce is a versatile and spicy condiment that complements almost any dish. Use it as a dipping sauce or to add a spicy kick to your favourite dishes.

  • Cook Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine the chopped red chilies and garlic.
  • Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped.
  • Combine the chopped chilies and garlic with the vinegar, sugar, water, and salt in a small saucepan.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce the heat to low and continue to cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
  • Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
  • Place the sauce in a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Place the sauce in a bowl and set aside until ready to use.
