Homemade Pickled Radish Recipe

  • Total Time: 15 minutes

Instructions

  • Combine the white vinegar, water, sugar, salt, mustard seeds, black peppercorns, and bay leaf in a small saucepan.
  • Stir occasionally over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  • Remove from the heat and set aside for 5 minutes to cool.
  • Combine the sliced radishes and pickling liquid in a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir thoroughly to coat the radishes.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
