Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Season the turkey breast to taste with salt and pepper.
  • In a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil.
  • Cook until the turkey breast is browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
