Instructions

  • Wash and thoroughly dry the wild garlic and basil leaves.
  • In a dry pan over medium heat, toast the pine nuts until they are lightly golden brown, stirring frequently.
  • In a food processor or blender, combine the wild garlic and basil leaves, pine nuts, grated parmesan cheese, garlic clove, salt, and pepper.
  • Pulse the ingredients together until a rough paste forms.
  • Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while the blender is running, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the pesto in a jar or airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
